Having trouble logging in? Here are a few resources and tips to help you get access.
- If you're crew and you received an error saying “invalid user name and password”? Click on the appropriate button (Microsoft, Facebook, Google or Yahoo!) and enter the email your manager for your eHR record) and your own email password.
- If you're crew and forgot your password, you should reset it as instructed by your email provider.
- Managers and above log in using their eID and their password.
